Now, we're on the lookout for a dynamic individual with a laser focus on high-volume, automated conversions. The perfect candidate will spearhead the conversion from free to premium products, employing a mix of technical, analytical, and creative expertise. As our CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Implement growth hacking initiatives to enhance conversions.
- Analyze user data to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal user experience.
- Execute A/B tests, conversion rate optimization, and iterative methodologies.
- Employ various online marketing channels for growth.
- Continuously innovate and experiment with new growth tactics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Degree in marketing, computer science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- SaaS experience in optimizing conversions
- Familiarity with programming languages and web technologies.
- Solid grasp of online marketing channels.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or product management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth, especially in free-to-paid conversions.
