In this foundational EMEA-focused role for the Demand Generation team, you’ll be a joining a growing ___marketing___ organization, helping us to define, build and execute on full funnel efforts in a targeted market. This will include branded campaigns to drive Honeycomb into EU markets, setting up and facilitating events that grow our followers and create new prospect relationships, and overall partnering with sales and marketing to create lifecycle-based campaigns. You’ll bring energy, a knowledge of the EU space for demand generation, as well as a passion for connecting our mission to our customers challenges.

What you'll Own

  • Own, define & drive EMEA marketing strategy, working both with the Global Demand Gen leader and EMEA head of sales
  • Develop and oversee foundational marketing campaigns that integrate strategy and execution across various channels, aiming to generate and nurture known demand while fostering developer community growth. This includes orchestrating initiatives such as webinars, landing pages for events, videos, ad copy, as well as email marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage diverse personas.
  • Co-plan with Corporate Communications to build brand affinity through PR and media activities, including top-of-funnel lifecycle campaigns
  • Partner with key stakeholders from sales, design, product marketing, and events to bring innovative campaigns to life with our known cohorts.
  • Understand sales strategies at the regional level and partner with product marketing, content, and events to develop tailored pipeline generation plans based on selected target accounts, including a salesplay and marketing mix of activities
  • Create and own campaign-level performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities on new leads, pipeline, revenue, and the demand funnel with Marketing Operations.
  • Highly organized and exceptional project management skills, especially to serve as coordination point for all of marketing to build and ensure data integrity against our team’s EMEA campaigns and efforts
  • Manage different event formats like executive dinners, community meetups, product launch events, while supporting larger scale conferences and tradeshows.

 

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of marketing campaign operations, marketing campaign management and/or demand gen experience at a B2B organization, ideally with some SaaS experience
  • Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented and skilled at identifying process improvements.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in marketing automation systems. HubSpot is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of PLS and enterprise-level account based marketing (ABM) programs, a/b testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Event and/or Field Marketing experience
  • Previous experience managing 6sense campaign strategy and operations.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written) skills and and quantitative/data-driven analytical skills
  • Experience writing campaign briefs and developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels
  • Great at collaborating with external partners, sales teams and other internal cross-functional stakeholders but also very good at guiding people into making good marketing decisions
Nice to have:
  • Hubspot understanding
  • Experience at similar devtools start-up
