The impact you can have
As part of our dynamic growth, the global Sales Administration team is looking for a new member to be part of our Sales Support squad based in Geneva, Switzerland. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team and other stakeholders, serving as trusted advisors while safeguarding the business and contributing to the success and effectiveness of the Sales cycle.


On a daily basis, you will

  • Build quotes for the Sales team ensuring that specific terms are approved within policy
  • Generate evaluation keys for customers wanting to test our products
  • Assist the Sales team in fulfilling administrative needs working closely with the Legal, Security, Finance, and Order Management teams
  • Register and update customer portals, ensuring the accuracy of existing information
  • Coordinate the contract signature process for customers and partners
  • Engage with prospects/customers to resolve any administrative-related issues
  • Ensure accurate opportunity data within Salesforce
  • Contribute to maintaining Salesforce data integrity
  • Deliver timely responses to internal and external customers within the established SLAs


The skills you will demonstrate

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
  • Proven experience within the IT industry 
  • An eye for detail and numbers
  • Valuing high-quality work
  • Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • A degree in Business or a related field
  • Knowledge of or a similar CRM
