What You’ll Be Doing:
1.    Adaptability and Agility

·         Approaches complex problems with innovative solutions that support scalability and efficiency, essential in a software-driven environment.
·         Uses analytical skills and strategic foresight to anticipate potential issues and propose data-backed, business-oriented solutions.
·         Develop commanding knowledge of businesses to include an understanding of short-term objectives & long-term strategies for the organization.
·         Thinks critically about HR processes, seeking improvements that align with both immediate needs and long-term growth goals.
3.    Influence and Stakeholder Management
·         Develops strong relationships with executives and department leaders, building trust to influence key decisions.
·         Skilled at communicating HR strategies in ways that resonate with fast-paced, results-oriented stakeholders, particularly within private equity.
·         Serves as a credible advisor who balances business priorities with talent needs, facilitating buy-in for strategic initiatives.
4.    Goal Orientation, Results Focus, Responsiveness
·         Displays a high achievement drive, aligning HR metrics with aggressive business objectives to ensure measurable impact.
·         Consistently pursues results that support the organization’s growth trajectory, with a focus on scalability and talent optimization.
·         Brings a performance-driven approach to talent management and retention, tailoring strategies to meet the demands of a high-growth, software-focused environment.

5.    Performance Enablement
·         Implements and drives performance enablement strategies (OKRs, manager feedback, measurement) and systems that drive employee engagement and accountability. Experience in leveraging 15/five, ADP and other performance enabling tools helpful.
·         Develops strategic talent management initiatives to upskill employees and foster retention in competitive technology markets.
·         Advises on career development and succession planning, aligning employee growth with the organization’s fast-evolving goals.
6.    Organizational Health and Culture Steward
·         Experienced in driving organizational health initiatives including the Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Insights Discovery, Radical Candor and more.
·         Fosters positive workplace relationships, resolve conflicts, and promote a healthy work culture.
7.    Resilience and Stress Tolerance
·         Demonstrates resilience and composure under pressure, essential in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
·         Balances high workload and rapid project cycles with a steady, focused approach, helping maintain team morale and productivity.
·         Proactively supports leaders and employees through change, fostering a resilient workplace culture.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational behavior or related field.
  • 5+ years’ directly related work experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity providing direct support to front-line business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders to drive strategic business decisions while balancing the need for tactical execution of HR processes and workflows.
  • Direct experience supporting diverse business operations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven track record to cultivate an environment of positive employee engagement and trust. Proven ability to establish credibility, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative leadership style; ability to create and maintain effective relationships across the enterprise to drive required results.
  • Strong written/ verbal communication skills; strong social skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills; solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations. Good judgment.
  • Effective at leading multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, coordinate time and resources to deliver consistent results for the business and bring initiatives to successful completion.
  • High degree of eye for business; strong fiscal competence. Strong technical aptitude; requires self-sufficiency from an administrative perspective. General understanding of systems and their application to advance efficiency of operation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
