One of the teams is responsible for the Salesforce instance, which is crucial to our sales and business operations. This team configures Salesforce and implements business processes that facilitate efficient operations. This requires deep experience with the Salesforce platform, understanding assignments from engineering and business perspectives, building solid relationships with many internal stakeholders, and striving for improvements.
