About the Role
As a Business Development Representative your role will be to identify and qualify new sales opportunities to grow Hugging Face in the US market. You'll act as the liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with our prospects and customers.
In this role, you will be researching, prospecting, cold calling, and engaging engineering and product leaders at SaaS companies. You will work with the Account Executive team to identify new opportunities and set qualified meetings with decision-makers. You will discover new leads through internet research, social media monitoring/messaging, and by utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter, and Github. Lastly, you'll Respond to inbound customer interest!
You'll enjoy working here if you like to build relationships with prospects and customers, understand their pain points and help them find the right solutions. You are familiar with one sales methodology (BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC...) and excited and motivated to expand your knowledge. You have a passion for new technology, especially in Artificial Intelligence.
Ideally, you have some B2B SaaS technology sales, customer success, and/or renewals experience. You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English to C-Suite buyers.
And of course, experience with machine learning and transformers is a plus!
