The Professional Services Engineer is a member of the Fortra/Core IGA Professional Services team.  The PSE is responsible for playing the technical role during successful implementations, integrations, and deployments of Core IGA Access Assurance Suite in client environments. 
 

KEY DUTIES 

  • Installation, implementation, integration, and deployment of the Core IGA AAS Suite in client environments.
  • Communicating with clients and internally, aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
  • Sizing and Scope of Work requirements gathering analysis and documentation.
  • Post-implementation requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
  • Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
  • Work closely with Project Managers on project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
  • Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate Fortra/Core IGA clients. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 4-8+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
  • Experience with the following programming languages: JavaScript, T-SQL.
  • Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • Experience setting up and installing software on  Windows platforms.
  • Experience with Databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
  • Experience with enterprise systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, EPIC) a plus.
  • Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Saviynt, Oracle, SailPoint) a plus.
  • Familiarity with RBAC a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients.
  • Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
  • Experience with performance testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans are a plus
  • Security software or internal IT audit experience is a plus.
