About the Role

At Endor Labs, we believe a customer’s first minute with the product sets the trajectory for everything that follows. As our Senior PM for Endor Experience & Growth, you’ll own the journey from first touch through POC and the first 30 days—designing the free experience, crafting onboarding and guided workflows, and making time-to-first-value feel instant. 

You’ll pair security-tools depth with crisp developer experience and content systems—docs, release notes, and security advisories—so the product and its guidance move in lockstep. 

This is a hands-on role that runs smart experiments, and sets clear guardrails between free and paid to drive sustainable growth. We’re looking for a full-funnel, product owner who makes Endor feel obvious, trustworthy, and indispensable.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Full-funnel PLG Ownership: Own activation → TTFV → retention → free→paid conversion for a dev product; design guardrails for free vs. paid and improve metrics through iterative shipping.
  • Developer-tools Depth: Credible with GitHub/GitLab/CI, tokens/webhooks, CLI/agents; can specify install/onboarding flows and remove friction with engineers.
  • Onboarding & TTFV UX Craft: Design empty states, guided checklists, progressive disclosure, and in-product nudges that reliably get first value fast.
  • Content systems & docs Ownership: Own docs IA, release notes, advisories, and in-product comms; instrument search/deflection and keep content tied to activation/POC success.
  • Experimentation Muscle: Hypothesis-driven iteration across copy/UX/feature gating; runs lean experiments and translates learning directly into roadmap/prioritization.
  • Enterprise SaaS & Security/AppSec Literacy: Driving growth in an Enterprise SaaS product focused on a security or developer buyer
  • Nice to Have
    • Freemium pricing/packaging experience; DevRel/community programs; privacy/telemetry guardrails; enterprise POC playbooks.
    • Experience with SAST/SCA/IaC, SBOM/advisories are a plus

What You Bring to the Table

  • Developer-tools/Cybersecurity Fluent: Comfortable with GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, tokens/webhooks, CLIs/agents; you can spot and remove onboarding friction with engineers. Experience with security tools like scanners is a big bonus.
  • Onboarding & First-Minute Obsessed: You design empty states, checklists, progressive disclosure, and nudges that make first value feel instant.
  • Cross-Functional Accelerator: You align Eng, Design, DevRel, Support, and Sales/SE to land simple, repeatable journeys (POC and Day-30).
  • Startup-Ready: You thrive in ambiguity, create structure, and leave behind playbooks others can run.
  • B2B Enterprise–Native PM (required): You’ve built developer SaaS for mid-market/enterprise—navigating POCs, multi-stakeholder deals (Dev, Platform, AppSec)

Compensation: For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the compensation is expected to be between $180,000 - $240,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as commissions, stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
