Role Overview
The Partner Manager will be responsible for building, enabling, and scaling CloudBees’ partner ecosystem across the APAC region. This role is critical to expanding regional reach through value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators (SIs), cloud partners, and technology alliances.
You will act as the primary point of contact for partners—driving joint go-to-market strategies, pipeline development, and revenue growth in collaboration with direct sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the APAC channel strategy aligned with CloudBees’ regional revenue goals
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners across priority APAC markets
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- Develop joint business plans, territory alignment, and GTM motions with key partners
- Enable partners through training, certifications, sales plays, and technical positioning
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to support complex technical deals
- Manage partner forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal registration processes
- Act as the voice of the partner internally—providing feedback to product, marketing, and leadership
- Participate in regional partner events, field marketing activities, and industry conferences
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in B2B SaaS or DevOps tooling
- Proven success scaling channel revenue in the APAC region
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or developer tools
- Experience working with SIs, cloud marketplaces, and regional VAR ecosystems
- Ability to navigate complex, technical sales cycles with enterprise customers
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across cultures and geographies
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into enterprise engineering or platform teams
- Existing partner relationships in key APAC markets (e.g., ANZ, Singapore, Japan, India)
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP partner programs
