The ELS (Endless Lifecycle Support) department is responsible for delivering the Endless Lifecycle Support product, which enables clients to continue using end-of-life (EOL) versions of distributions, libraries, and frameworks.
This is a rapidly evolving project that demands high standards of quality, flexibility, and speed from all participating teams.
We are looking for a Scrum Master who can effectively support the team in a dynamic environment with frequent changes, helping to maintain focus, adaptability, and delivery excellence.
As a Scrum Master, you will support multiple teams working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Some teams operate in a Kanban mode focused on rapid CVE handling, while others drive automation and process stability. Your role will be to adapt Agile practices to fit each team’s context, helping them stay responsive amid frequent plan changes, the introduction of new products, and continuous exploration of new opportunities. You’ll foster collaboration between new and existing teams, promote technical excellence, and guide teams toward shared goals while preserving the reliability of our solutions.
This position is key to fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and sustained delivery excellence within the ELS (Endless Life Support) department.
