About the ELS Department
The Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) team enables companies to keep running end-of-life Linux distributions, libraries, and frameworks safely - without forced upgrades. It's a technically demanding product: CVE response timelines are tight, the codebase is broad, and delivery expectations are high.
The department is growing and actively changing. New teams are forming, new products are being introduced, and we're integrating AI-assisted tooling into our workflows — from automated vulnerability analysis to code review and release workflows. This isn't a future aspiration; it's happening now, and it's changing how teams plan, collaborate, and deliver.
The Role
We're creating this role because the way we work is changing — and that kind of change doesn't manage itself.
As our Organizational Change Coach, you'll help the ELS department navigate the shift toward AI-driven ways of working: identify where friction originates, redesign processes built for a different reality, and help teams adapt without losing the delivery discipline that makes us reliable.
You'll be close enough to the product to understand context, and senior enough to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders when cross-team or strategic issues need to surface.
